DJ Kzee is a highly respected and well-known figure in the music industry, with a passion for collecting dance music compilations that began when he was just 17 years old. He quickly made a name for himself on the local club scene, showcasing his impressive skills and ability to play a diverse range of music styles with finesse from the console. In 2001, DJ Kzee became a resident DJ at the prestigious Devils Bar, where he took charge of playing at the main nights in the Dance Bar, entertaining the crowd with a variety of genres, including commercial dance, trance and house music. He also captivated audiences with his fusion of R&B and Hip Hop on a regular basis, earning him a reputation as a highly skilled and versatile DJ. In 2007, DJ Kzee's talent was recognized by one of the top local radio stations, Power 98, who featured his mixes for several weeks on Saturday nights, leading to a surge in popularity and demand for his mixes on blogs and online music media. His mixes even received press coverage in The New Paper's 'Music' section in June 2003 and Straits Times' 'Life' section in July 2007. His reputation continued to grow, and in 2007, he became a resident DJ at Powerhouse, one of the main dance halls at St James Powerstation, one of the most popular clubbing destinations in the city. DJ Kzee's meticulously planned and expertly delivered shows, including It's A Girlie Affair (Ladies Night) on Wednesdays, House Music on Fridays, and the highly popular Supafly on Saturdays, have cemented his status as a top DJ and earned him a loyal following among clubbers.
